I was wondering if any of your smart people out there had other creative ideas to finance keeping our current home and buying a new one.

Betting on a live-in flip to get more money for your next deal is not a great idea if your house hack was your first investment.

Neighbors were fed up with your just taking all the parking and want you to limit or stop doing short term rental?

I tell you man some stupid dumbass moron came up with this idea and every single one these sheep out there decided it was such a good idea everyone started doing it without an ounce of thought.

To only be able to view homes listed by one agent is too limiting.

I’ve been steady focus on multi family to create passive income but that idea is starting to seem slim since I haven’t been able to find any within my budget or in a good location.

I don't rent to anyone living in my own home, but I have known people that do who set up cameras in their own off-limits spaces, deadbolts for doors, etc.

No idea what it takes to build this if its opening accounts?
