Hello KarenSorry you are have this troubleUse and demand heavy type K copper pipe and have it silver soldered if its under groundHave them give you a firm price quote before they start no surprise,no working by the hour or time and material ,,,if you do everyones walking on eggshells worried about the outcome,,,,forget about it,,,get a quoteUse a licensed bonded father and son plumbing contractor recomended from a local plumbing supply house [these folks pay their bills on time and are reputable]Ask them to reroute the piping if they can so most of the new work is not under the slabHave them insulate the pipe with black foam jacket before the backfillForget PVC on the irrigation lines its crap, also install all brass sprinkler valves no plastic,,its Crap..Run your irrigation in Type K copperYour father and son plumbing contractor cam make a recomendation on a masonry /concrete contractor Use them and pay them their priceHave them walk the job with you when its done and explain what they did and discuss future maintenence issues  that might arise they will be happy to do itTake lots of smartphone photos  thru the scope of the projectMake them coffee in the morning and lemonade in the late afternoon they will love you and help you get where you want to goHope this helpsDave DoyleLos Angeles

Good afternoon, I work in business development for Bolthouse Homes and something we are really trying to be on top of is Media and Networking and what better way then to offer a free service to Real Estate Professionals in the Chicago area. 

Their mother-in-law stopped by that afternoon to feed their fish, and discovered the door had been broken down, and the police were in the parking lot.

Part of it is man's inherent default towards laziness - it's how we built all the trappings of civilization in the first place.

I am trying to build strong contacts in each of these areas and am currently reading "Long-Distance Real Estate" by @David Greene and will watch his webinar this afternoon.

I suggest the SD newbies here saying that cash flow in SoCal is hard or difficult just because it doesn't hit the 1% or 2% rule or any other made up, nonsensical, intellectually lazy "rule of thumb" to re-read Dan Heuschele's first post on this forum very carefully.

No bubble was burst as this was more of a question for the forum and I really didn't think it was true and was too lazy to run all the numbers last night just before bed.

But I see it enough just living in the neighborhood, plus I was being lazy and just didn't type it out haha. 

I didn't have time to have any other techs come out and provide another opinion since it was Sunday afternoon.
