Since I did all the design, installation & work the payback for us, (just in premium reductions) will be 2.5 years.

So I am just wondering what some ideas are that people use for affordable, reliable and repeatable designs in kitchens and bathrooms. 

We have great lenders, contractors, property managers, home inspectors and more all design too help out our investor clients.

I reckon that type of decision comes into play when you have more than one bathroom.I would recommend that so long as you have the space to do so, you design the bath to have a tub/shower combo.

We used a roofing contractor, a window contractor and then a GC for the rest (new kitchen cabs and appliances, new carpet in bedrooms, paint interior, and 1 new bath vanity.) 

You can read online how it is designed and then I would talk to the seller to see if they would be interested in this type of seller financing.

@Ryan Love there are a number of CRMs specifically designed for rental properties that have light accounting systems embedded in them.

We redid all major systems, demoed and rebuilt an extension, all new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls etc.
