Houzz.com is an excellent resource for design research and inspiration.

The BP podcasts have really inspired me to just jump in and take action and learn as I go.

NYS Intestate Law says the house is technically owned by My self and my 3 siblings, since my Uncle had no children or spouse.Question is, the house was a rental property, can I (we) still collect the rent on the house that technically isn't in our name?  

Some background, we have 2 children, under 6.

Along with my business partner, Amie Jacobsen, we have found the resources and calculators on the website to be really useful (although I still oddly enjoy spreadsheets).As with many, a few successes in real estate have inspired me to pursue this as a career.

I manage our rental properties, homeschool my two children and work with out of state investors. 

I'm new to investing and stories like yours inspire me to jump in sooner than later.

I have a small, one bedroom apartment that was filled by a property management company with a household of 4 ( 2 adults 2 children ).
