Newbie from Houston area! I am a pharmacist interested in buying rental properties and wholesaling. Growing up my dad worked as a realtor as one of his side jobs. I am originally from Michigan and would like to get some advice about buying property in Detroit as well as Houston. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets while trying to find information on wholesaling.
