Hey guys, I am looking to broaden my cold calling lists and want to add the "tired landlords" to the mix.

I wonder if I could reach out to any local brokers who would know of investors that perform these loans, since none of the traditional lenders do.  

Any thoughts on how this could work for the benefit of everyone without anyone thinking I’m trying to “get one over” on them?

Our next buy will probably happen in early 2023 so I have some time to find someone fantastic!!!
