And Ohio itself has 2 professional baseball and 2 professional football teams, a professional basketball team(Cleveland), THE Ohio State Buckeyes are always a competitive college team in multiple sports.

My research suggests this is a solid B neighborhood, comprised largely of young professionals and UWM students.

Do you intend on hiring a property manager?  

I have been a landlord for a while, but after seeing the advantages of being licensed I have passed the Michigan exam and am hired by American Associates in my hometown of Fenton.  

One thought I've entertained, is possibly including something about if they recipient doesn't meet the profile, but are interested in still selling their property, that we are professional realtors and can assist them with that as well.

It is probably be better to hire a property management company for your rental projects so you can concentrate more on income production and headaches every time your phone rings.  

Our goal is to increase our net worth, to help supplement retirement income down the road and to currently provide a stream of cash flow to enjoy some of the finer things in life.We both work full time in professional careers and have so far found a way to manage careers and the real estate business while keeping up with two kids (15 yrs & 20 Yrs old).
