They let you review and edit the list if you want to remove duplicates (list source has a remove duplicates function that catches most but if people have multiple properties under slightly different names it misses those) you can then send the list and have them print your post cards, letter etc.

Studies have shown that pricing with the digits 7s and 4s does better than generic pricing.Brokers open while you remove it from the market and specifically invite whatever buyers agents are doing a lot of business in that neighborhood.Bonus commission.

Arizona is different from Minnesota,, I had a 5 plex, 6 plex, and were older buildings I didn't have choice I provided window a/c units I installed in summer and removed in fall.
