The thing that I find most frustrating is the incredible difficulty of importing the data into TurboTax from the online version.

It is very frustrating to be dependent on other, moderately competent, low motivation people to get a deal done.It is clear that customer service, back end operations, and well trained staff are critical.

The most frustrating part is that I would be able to afford multiple investment properties in other markets but am barely able to get started here on the lowest end properties out there.

But when they deny a deal or advise against a deal remember this because a lot of times it leads to frustration and the feeling that the lender is trying to get in the way of your success.
