I don't ask for these things unless I am confident at that point that they are a good *potential* tenant.I have no intention of turning over a piece of real estate that my husband and I have made a significant investment in to someone that would not provide this information.

I've nearly finished school in the UK myself, I was just wondering where you educated yourself without going to university and how long you needed to become confident in investing.

I’m 22 and live in Candler right outside of Asheville NC and I would like to house hack a small multi family home  or even a single family if need be, I don’t have a lot of capital for a down payment so I would be looking at an FHA loan most likely and even though I’m not quite ready to pull the trigger on a deal I would still like to increase my knowledge and be able to find deals so that when I am ready I can capitalize with confidence.
