I read the forums and it seems to be possible, but most the details I found are for the seller.

Hey everybody, I'm fairly new to BP but have really appreciated all of the helpful feedback from everyone on the forums as I get closer to pulling the trigger on my first REI.

My question to forum members is has anyone ever heard of these types of properties being a good investment?

Search the site for recent forum threads on this subject; you will find a wealth of information.I always recommend that OOS investors look for places that are easier to get to and places that you want to visit since you will be going there regularly. 

I'm opening up and being honest with you all because all of the podcasts I've listened to, and forum posts I've read, you all open up so much and talk REAL numbers.
