Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad definitely open my eyes to investing in real estate..

He said he had read Rich Dad Poor Dad back in the day and I mentioned that it might be worth rereading it.

You might be real lucky and get a "cash rich" partner that complements you might be in the future and going to the local clubs and events in real estate investing and are not based on guest speakers that ask for your money.  

My favorite books are "The Richest Man In Babylon", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and "The First Tycoon".  

If you read any of Robert Kiyosaki's books, he wrote Rich Dad's Prophesy back in 2002 and predicted 2016 will be the start of a major correction.Deals are still available but the CAP rates are very low.

If you're just going to be a telephone warrior chasing listings and setting appointments for someone else, I suspect that you will have better luck as an appointment setter working for an agent instead of trying to do the fancy guru get rich quick wholesaling thing.
