They are extremely rigorous, and political, and maybe costly.

I never had to ask how to wholesale deals because there are ENDLESS resources on every single step to do so and they all go into extreme detail.

Additionally expense repairs on a mobile are extremely high due to poor manufacturing in the past.

The way I look at it, even though it is extremely impractical, in theory you could take out a $1,000,000 with $1,000 in pocket by daisy chaining loans.Someone lend some insight and reason to my crazy ideas :-)
