My favorite, of course, is the vanishing screen (where the tenant, their kid, pet or guest must have smashed it, so they just toss the evidence) along with the denial they ever existed (even if screens show up in your move in checklist, inspections or photos!)...

You can probably submit an appeal/protest online with the value you think it should be and any pictures or evidence of things that would considerably decrease the value of the home.

Lots of great links and resources and lesson modules.And then we started getting monthly newsletter/CD mailings which aren't all that well organized (yet) but still show lots of promise.Gut feeling says Fleck is genuine, and the evidence is still coming in. :) Haven't attended any live, in-person events tho.
