Most municipalities areas have adopted some combination of the IRC, IBC, and IECC (energy code). 

The bulk of my time and energy drain on this one was finding hardwood to best match 60yr old soft fir 'hardwood' flooring, figuring out how to blend old asbestos tile siding patches with something modern and the main drain and in-wall dryer venting. 

These type of meetings are the biggest resources for getting involved locally, you can discover cash buyers there and other people in different roles of the industry, fantastic people to know and network with!

With the resources and network I have I can offer a virtually hands-off acquisition and get you set up with sourcing, acquisition, design, staging, and management of a short term rental here.

In addition to those resources, I have about 85k in paper assets/cash that I'm wanting to deploy.
