What if I received 45 speeding tickets and try to get a job driving an 18 wheeler...should my past be seen as indicative of my future behavior?

The shortest I have had was one week, tenant seemed good when we screen them but once they moved in they seemed to have some sort of mental issue, maybe bipolar, I'm not sure but they were unhappy when I told them they were not allowed to have dogs per the agreement, they said the dogs were just visiting. 

The main issue becomes when the state/city takes it a step further to say you have to accept your first applicant AND you can’t use certain criteria including credit score, evictions, criminal behavior, etc.

How do I go about discouraging this behavior and getting this guy to move on without having to evict the tenant?

At first I wanted to stay within the same complex , but this treatment and weasel behavior makes me want to move to a different complex within the same company .

Then he complained that we are very strict on our rule: "you don't allow me to smoke, you charge me just because I have dogs in the house" (and a lot of colorful languages lol) He said he will do it himself and hang up and phone without letting me say anything...

You can switch lenders but it will still be on you to check the lock in rate box a new lender won’t change your behavior
