But if you want to create specific codes with certain digits (instead of random), you either need to be close enough to the lock to use bluetooth or you need to have a gateway.

I've never seen a scenario where you can get into brand new built home w/ high end finishes below $300k in an A class area with strong rental demand & appreciation potential that cash flows in double digit returns & has $50k to $100k of immediate equity in many cases.

I know this can be property by property but assuming all major mechanicals are in order and a B-C neighborhood....With interest rates being at the highest levels I can remember, if a property cash flows and brings a single digit CoC return, does that make it a buy? 

Also i liked that it is 2 ensuite bedrooms which is perfect for Nurses, Digital Nomads and Corporate rentals.
