    It sounds like you're spending way too much time on this. The more high-tech a system is, the more likely the Tenants will have problems with it. Get something simple to install, simple to program, simple to use.

    I have a lot of these installed. On the rare occasion they fail, there is a key backup. Easy, peasy.
