Having a dedicated home inspector as part of your team is such a great idea!

Hello Everyone, I just started my RE career and my goal is to escape my banking job and dedicate to RE full time.

While I still love to play I have dedicated my interest in real estate.

Perhaps my recent stance on this is because i'm both an agent and investor now and I'm trying to see sales from both angles; ie in one recent deal I was involved in,  a dedicated sales team employed by a prominent builder were constantly bombarded by agents contacting them wanting ERTS wasting their time and causing distractions at the sales team's open houses and such.I've seen too many cases where a FSBO finally gave into a ERTS only for the property to sit on the market longer than it 'may' have if it was just exclusive agency or open agency.

There are books and blogs dedicated to this topic, so I suggest you read/watch a little more before jumping in.

Sometimes even the most dedicated person will fall off their original plan from time to time, but if you don't have a clear path to success, it is harder to measure what you are doing.  

I have been dedicating 10-15 hours per week to study and research REI, and i think that may be the most I would be able to put towarss property management/rehab each week.
