I bought a home for my 19 yr old daughter to own.the assessor showed up with a camera as I was gutting it walls windows doors everything.The assessor explained to me that the city had a program in place whereby the assessment for a home in need of extensive repair would be adjusted & a moratorium on tax increases would be good for 5 years.

Thanks in advance...Did speak to the occupant, had a verbal agreement for occupant to vacate on 31 July, but came back the next day with the typed agreement and the daughter (wife of previous owner) intervened, and stated, "I'll contact you when she is out, she is signing nothing".

Then other clients were complaining about the water being shut off to the barns, this is a very serious problem with horses...and that she would verbally harrass them when I left.During this time, she would also invite my daughter (then about 12) into the house and show her 'artwork' and give her art supplies...She later called the cops and said my daughter broke in and stole art supplies.She called cops and claimed to have 'found' her stolen expensive saddle.
