And paying 200k plus salaries.. my Daughter is at Intel and enjoys those income levels and perks..

I am a 31 year old pharmacist and live with my wife and 10 month old daughter in Maple Valley, Washington.

I have always had a entrepreneurial mentality and probably wouldn't have chose the college route if it wasn't for wrestling.

It was murkey at best to start as her daughter used it as a primary residence but I think it will be harder to justify that the owner (not the family) lived in the apt for 2 of the last five years.  

From 2008(daughter was born) thru 2012, I worked a lot of back to back double-close shifts that allowed my wife and I to come up with&maintain  a VERY minimal down payment in an account.

Wholesaling is what I'm leaning towards due to a limited amount of money, but rehabbing seems like a good idea as well.I'm currently living in an apartment with my wife, 2 yr old son, and an expected daughter coming in July. 

My income the past 2 years has been low since I have been only working part time so I can take care of my 1yr old daughter.  

The daughter or son who is now disabled are unable to pay the mortgage any longer and are thinking that they will just allow the bank to foreclose on it.  

Ask a CEO of a multinational corp if that's a good mentality.  

It has everything to do with our economy, salaries for the lower income bracket, and a renters mentality.
