I like to go brand new everything, I don't like  to go back and fourth to rental properties fixing and spending more money on repairs, but if its in a bad area with high vacancy rates save your money :)

Been on the forum for a couple months, literally listened to every podcast from the last year or so and my way to and from work.

I found a couple sites but i wanted to see if anyone had any experience/advice on which school i should go with, and if online or in-person classes are better/worse or if it makes no difference.
