If you don't show your value by being consistent and engaged in the meetups, especially when you don't have demonstrable skill in profiting from real estate deals yet, you are behind the curve.

I haven't gotten my businesses consistent yet (constant deal flow with flips, same routine throughout the week), so it really varies.

I figure if I can start doing some work with real estate professionals in this capacity along with getting my license and practicing, I can gain more clarity and experience.Any advice?

Maybe there's an opening for MFRs since SFR prices are consistently going up here(at least it seems to me) since there looks to be a low amount of inventory.

Don't pay anymore than 125 unless they are giving you a bundle.I used reedc.com (real estate education center) online for 85 just for the 75 hour course and bought a Barron's book with practice exams and a lot of study material for 22..Good luck!

You won't be rich next month and it wont be easy but everything works if you stick with it long enough and are consistent.

This bill removes the incentive to settle quickly, while encouraging the practice of lodging baseless and meritless claims to further delay proceedings.

I would definitely get some representation to know all the details of what a transaction consists of.
