@Clifton Young you cant get conventional loans for an LLC, only commercial loans.

There’s a former bank branch that I may be able to purchase for really cheap, but have no experience in this or commercial in general.

@Josiah SantillanaThe most direct way to find deals is via the MLS, or Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com/Trulia etc. if you do not have such access.

Hold until the Urbanisation is build or construct a commercial and residencial unit .?

Would you know of a lender that's able to provide Commercial Loan on House Packages like this one in the Cleveland area?

If the current rents are significantly lower than market then it might be a viable deal.The reason I mentioned Financing is although the property still falls into the Residential category (versus Commercial) it is considered an investment property.
