I would be an out of town investor so will need advice on whether to use a PM or try to mange from OOS with a reliable handyman?

Also since I will be an OOS investor, what would you suggest with regards to property management, work with a local company, self manage with a reliable local handyman etc??

Accessing cash-flowing projects that offer tax advantages as well as a 2X multiple, or an IRR  close to 20% can be an attractive alternative to many other options for investing.regards,Joe
