If you simply throw your property into an LLC or Corporation, then fail to maintain the entity properly, you make it much easier for an aggressive plaintiff/attorney to set aside the corporate veil and come after you personally.

Bad borrower than yes 2% is justified but if your a clean A borrower with little to do than 1% is pretty much good deal.Local banks will pull the same deal as Mortgage Brokers sometimes but again banks have just there programs while Mortgage Brokers have all the banks and even the local ones too.What type of arm are you getting?

No, dont pay for it, because if you do you are admitting the account is yours and all the credit berearus with do is put a PAID as Agree, and you will still have points deducted.I used to not take action but I was able to clean up my own report all the way to 734 from 590.

I then did the rehab myself, working nearly every day in January, including weekends to get the property ready to rent.I use the term rehab fairly loosely in this case, because the rehab consisted of interior paint throughout, new carpet, fixing some plaster walls, new appliances, some minor DIY plumbing and electrical, and basica cleaning.
