Divorces/separations, illness, lost job, being sued, wage garnishments, major home repair issues - some people post every detail of their lives.You're not going to get any information from the county on why somebody is not paying taxes.Like I said, it's not important overall, but if you don't have a lot of liens to look up, it can be interesting to learn what might be causing the non-payment.For example, in this year's AZ auction I found a small commercial building that seemed interesting that the taxes were not paid.
