You would need a couple of million so you could fire start that trend.

The transition of farm real estate is an emerging trend that is building steam.

As to your other questions about making sense of price trends, that's way over my head!

Hi everyone,My company is hosting a webinar today at 7:00pm EST on short-term rental & vacation rental industry trends and how they affect investors. 

Not too difficult, just some annoying questions from underwriters which seems to be a trend. 

Additionally, cull the rental rate data from rentals.com, zillow, or even craigslist to put together your own dataset to analyze what's trending in your area.  

I hope to increase the rent by $100 based on market trends and offset some of the costs from turnover and using a PM company.

--I know multiple methods to find money to fund the deal--I've gone through multiple scenarios showing the pros and cons of borrowing money to fund a deal--I can identify market trends across the country, and read the governments FHFA reports see when markets are turning, before its on the nightly news cycle (Granted this isn't something I've used, but would you even know to ask the question on BP?)

The feedback I receive from our landlord associations seems to trend toward the larger property management companies being comfortable using the service.
