There are some pool homes available for a decent price.

Everyone in this forum is interested in the Cleveland market, and honestly the way the investor pool in Cleveand is going, there may be more Long distance investors than local Cleveland Investors soon (If not already).

I mean, I guess if there's amenities like a pool then only 12 people can get pool passes at a time, but nothing to stop 20 people from crashing there & nothing to stop 20 people from using the beach, right?

People like the idea of grilling out, bringing their pets and if you get lucky, having a private pool to use.   

They offered it at $230k and stated if I didnt want it at that price they would send it out their other investor pool.

This strategy will not work with large national HML, but if you can find a private lender, that operates in your backyard, then you can find some true win-win-win scenarios.

Maybe stick a ping pong table or a pool table down there, but don’t insure it as “living space”.  

Appliances, flooring, rooms, closets, ventilation, parking, cleanliness, backyard, community, neighborhood, schools - I looked at every aspect and I can't find anything wrong.
