Code enforcement in this town is reasonable and did try to talk to the tenant about staying with relatives for a day or two, but a day or so later I found out it would be several more days waiting for a part to arrive.

At the same time, if you could arrive in a manner that wouldn't be obvious so they wouldn't know you or the prospects are there might also work.With 20 showings an no takers, something is definitely wrong.

Victoria" told Donna she could go take a look at the property, said someone was there already taking a tour but most likely would be gone when she arrived, to let her know when she arrived and she would give her the location of the key...when Donna got there she contacted her and "Victoria" had to reach out to whomever to bring the key back, some guy that Donna didn't feel the need to be able to identify down the road...hindsight being what it is..another lesson learned
