My comment was meant to be viewed in total, not one paragraph extracted to make it seem like I'm completely anti-NNN.

Seems like a lot of scamming happening in Cleveland OH.... 

I think my biggest scare right now is seeing a lot of ads, but not knowing who is legit and who is a scam. 

I know BP is rather "anti-agent sentitment," but it works for all. 

I find it frightening that you're asking such novice questions when you're in what maybe the most anti-landlord area of the country. 

We tried RPM but they were not staffed to respond effectively and found things continuously slipping through the cracks.We are in 7 markets nationally and Detroit is the most anti-landlord municipality ever. 

However, the state farm and farmers deductibles are now 2% to get these good rates (pretty much shuts down the roof scam).

I'm not trying to scam the guy but I need a way to offer an amount that nets me a profit to make it worth my while. 

Also if you Google this, the vast majority say it's just another sales scam. 

At first I was thinking this just seems like another timeshare scam wrapped up into a different, more deceiving package but after speaking with the agent they assured me that after purchasing the fractional share, I would be deeded 1/13th of the property.
