Does anyone have more information about this program?

Lenders have changed the way that they lend and are being more conservative in many instances to mitigate risk. shoot me a message when youre ready I'll give you the contact info to a few lenders with really strong programs s that you can start to shop them, this way when the dust settles not the pandemic you'll have a few options and new relationships.

I intend to roll out the program regardless of the tax implications, but am interested if there is something I could do in advance to best structure this. 

I've spoken with numerous hard money lenders at this point and it seems like all of them have suspended their refinance programs.

There are so many deals pending right now that will fall apart due to changing loan programs that you will be well positioned to capitalize on them.
