My observation is that most partnerships eventually blow up, just like marriages.

Ask yourself what happens if she loses that money in the divorce or blows through all of it.

I have had to blow past family members and friends trying to convince me not to do it, that’s too dangerous, blah blah blah for the past four years and then some.

In fact, a small area that is ventilated will blow out any harmful dust.

Seems to me like you figure everything is great as long as the fan runs and the unit doesn't blow smoke.

You never know what or when something will blow up or fall apart. 

As it will take me some time to re-accumulate more $ for future investments because I’ll blow through so much purchasing just 1 2 door property.

@Brian Cardwell Yes, there are multiple threads about this debate already, and I remember you specifically from the last major thread that had hundreds of responses, and by the end you were the only one advocating for this theory, and you were unable to provide any proof that it actually worked better than other options, despite dozens of people showing you in great detail why your method doesn't work well.

(This is why I usually advocate matching new agents to a mentor rather than letting the company pair you up). 

I have never invested in turn key and never really advocated it either.
