My PM dropped the ball and I am intervening who has yet to schedule a cleaning company.

That same plumbing company came out days later and flushed the lines of most of the units, replaced a wide variety of valves in multiple bathrooms, shower cartridges, shower head balls, gaskets on faucets, etc, etc. 

As real estate agents/Investors we do not posses a crystal ball to tell for sure but there are things we can do to mitigate the risks.

Get a better Agent who is your advocate and on the ball. 

Now unsure how to keep the ball rolling and go for investment number 3 (not looking to do another str).

And throw in a demographic curve ball that has migration into Florida net positive (while places like OR and CA are net negative).
