I've never heard of a governmental organization that is willing to cut off a source of revenue once it's in place.  

@Yaric Mifedov Given what you say your goals are, very focused around getting training and reaching 6 figures first year, you'll want to surround yourself with an organization that supports this, however all brokerages will say they offer training.

Wanna chat and meet other like-minded people.This will be for anyone just starting out or have been doing it for a couple years.Please reply and we can organize it when there are 5 people or more :)

They also arranged to hire someone to mow for an elderly couple where the husband was recovering from a heart attack; they organized volunteers and used funds to buy paint for the exterior trim of a couple out of work. 

My biggest flaws are staying organized, so right now I made a bunch of folders on my laptop to save certain documents and information that I can always fall back on when I have a question or I need to locate something very easily.

For that reason, I suspect you would be fighting various organizations tooth and nail to do something like this at a 'business' scale/level. 

This will be my biggest project to date so I really want to get and stay organized.

I can't answer which questions are best since I've only done this a handful of times, but being organic as possible and creating a relationship seems to be the best approach for me so far.
