I need advice on selling this house it is on CL and I put out bandit type signs, news paper and it is not a bad little house, if someone wants owner financing would you lease option it for a year so they would have proof of income and then change the agreement to an owner finance deal?

As you may recall, 2008 had owners looking at the news, looking at their statements, and just packing up and leaving because they are upside down on their mortgage.

And unlike many of those TV shows and news reports, house flipping, although seemingly simple, it's not as simple as it seems!

You also need to make sure the seller would not put any liens or take out any lines of credit on the home as that could be bad news also.
