My name is Josh, I currently work in a petrochemical refinery, but I'm excited to be delving into real estate in my 'free-time'!!

I've yet to actually start investing, but I've been scouring the podcast for a couple of weeks now...  I have my real estate license, and I'm standing on the edge, just need the right property to make me jump.
