The short version (yes, this is the short version) is that a nurse lost her job, and literally walked out the door to take a job in another state without taking any of her belongings, closing the doors, taking out the trash, or even leaving the heat on.

Did a 57k rehab, including 2 kitchens and 2 baths, also converted the heating from oil to gas.

Tenant is out of the home in a hotel, due to the extreme Florida heat.
