Hello, I'm new to REI. I recently purchased the Wholesaling Inc course and I like it. The course says I can make a deal in 90 days, which I believe. But 90 days is too long for me. I need to make a deal in 30 days. Any type of deal, I don't care if I only make $1. I just need to get my feet wet.
