5.Did tenant give notice to vacate, or are they breaking their lease?

I am needing to have notices sent, possibly served to tenant for lease violations.Tim

I’ve noticed that it’s hard to get info on more advanced topics on this site, because when you ask questions that are more advanced they don’t normally get any engagement.

The rental prices are down by 25% in Williamsburg I live in Bushwick and I have notice more people moving out.

Great response and i'm very happy that my first post has received such a knowledgeable veterans inputTo answer your last question of would it be really shady that it's so far below market - what i'm noticing is that they are giving me pro forma numbers (best case scenario) to make the place look like a good deal, and my concern is that if the rents were too far below that, there may be a reason that they are hiding for it.

Pay attention to rents, condition, price, what sells fast, what sits, what price drops, ect.You won't notice it at first but after awhile you will internalize the data.
