Hello, I recently bought a house on 9/27 (As of writing this is 10/12), but one of the tenants does not want to move out.

We have agreed on a buyout price of $100K (initial investment) but he also wants me to pay all closing costs which was quoted $22K - That seems really high so seeing if this is accurate?

Anyone know of a good areas for new construction, hoping to keep price point under $200k for 3/2/2 SFR. buy and hold. thanks in advance for any insights into this market.

Demand, quality of tenants, etc.According to my analysis should give a 12% CoC return but this is my first commercial property purchase just like some insight or if I should pursue other forms of commercial real estate. 

@Kelsey Vander Meuleni am assuming this is not the answer you want but why not just hire a property manager?
