its were Realty Shares started I was realty shares first loan :)  so Nav Athwal invited me in for a meeting and then gave me a tour of the floor about 40 startups in little offices.. so there are tons of them that's for sure.

If you go the ned flanders route, you could organize a tour and a meet and greet between tenants and neighbors...flyers and email invites...show them the quality and have them shake hands with the tenants, etc. as an "intro to the neghborhood".

If I wait the tour until current tenant moves out, then potential tenants might not wait for this unit and I thought it would be difficult to find good tenant in short time window.
