Property Not Renting

Hello BP Family,

I apologize if this was asked before, I searched and couldn't find anything, but I'm sure this is a common concern.

My hypothetical question: What direction do you take, when you have an empty rental property?

Let's assume it's been sitting for roughly 3 months empty and you have lowered your rent as much as you are willing to go.

A property not renting is almost always a price issue. ie, any property will be rented by someone at some price point. If you need to get a particular price for the property, then you need to make it desirable enough to where someone will pay that price for that property.
