Hi Guys,I know this is a bit of an unorthodox post for BP, but I'm moving to San Diego to start work on 1 April and am searching for housing/apartment sharing options in La Jolla/Del Mar/Pacific Beach/University City.

There was a thread where a father did this for his daughter at the University of Cincinatti. 

I would tend to agree - Columbus is the capital of the 7th most populous state in the country, is growing naturally (net positive migration), has a relatively diverse economy with many universities, and on average has a fairly low price-to-rent.

On a personal note, Dan taught a real estate class at Butler University when I was in college and I thoroughly appreciated his approach to the class and the value he added.

I graduated with my 4-year degree at Brigham Young University in Utah, and I have been accepted to a Physician Assistant Studies graduate program at Touro University Nevada.

It sits right between a medium sized university and a smaller private college, so looking to rent to Grad students and/or non-tenured faculty...the kind of folks who don't have a lot of money to afford owning their own house and who won't be partying all night.
