Hello BP, my name is Ricardo and I am a lifelong San Antonio resident. I grew up on the northeast side of town and graduated with a CS degree from Trinity University. I love that I have been able to experience the awesome changes in SA over the last few years... the food scene especially! 

I am interested in getting my start in REI with SF/MF rental properties in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area. I am looking for properties in the 100-150k range for solo investments, but I would love to partner on a deal for more expensive properties.

How can I help you?

My expertise is in software development and creating innovative solutions to complex problems...or problems people didn't know they had. I have a strong work ethic and don't mind getting my hands dirty (figuratively and literally). Being a San Antonio native, with family all over the city, I have been able to experience much of what SA has to offer.
