Hello Landlords, So I have a 4 unit, with one empty studio....as I am their cleaning it up I get a knock at the door....it's the tenant from another unit and he is pissed at me for calling the  cops on him   .....long story...anyway...he gets an eviction notice 7 Days to pay or vacate, 3 days later the city shows up and condemns his unit because he didn't pay his electric bill and was disconnected!

Currently occupied. $700/month x 2 two bedroom units and that studio in the back.

So did anyone else notice the Amazon commercial started off by reporting the weather in Austin?

One of my clients recently converted the basement space into a separate studio unit that he lives in, and rents out the top portion of the home as an LTR.

Amazon has just built I want to say 2 or 3 new distribution centers in Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Actual rents were $1250, $1250, $1117 for each of the 4 BR's; $850 for 2x 2BR's and $500 for a studio.
