Several very seasoned investors on this site have repeatedly advocated using LLCs. 

Instagram is newer / younger so I don't think its even fully caught on with the older generation but it will.  

I see some challenges in the local market (high first cost, high property taxes, older building stock, etc...) but also see a lot of positives (low vacancy rates, stable real estate prices).  

Im not a flipper, nor am Im a mathematician, nor am I a season investor.

I call it fear.Now that I'm a little bit older, with a little more life experience, I see things far differently.

I would assume there's a seasoning period, right? 

Yellow letters themselves are an older strategy.Don't worry about CRM.
