I actually found this site while researching the Flipping Formula Workshop.

Started working on it last December and it finally closed on Friday 8/28.It's a 3/1/1 with large detached garage/workshop building behind the house, and has an extra lot adjoining included with the property.  

I've attended the occasional REIA meetings and workshops, but unless you're attending these meetings for decades, you will NEVER have as well-rounded of an education as you can get from Renatus in a month or two.

I have attended work shops and know the basics as well as having partners who help me out.

.- Next, the way NACA works is that the buyer goes through a process of credit counseling, buying classes and workshops, etc. before they get approved. 

I am new to the business of real estate investing I have attended my workshops and I am excited and anxious to close on my first deal.
