This sure seems like a great venue to do that. 

I am looking at starting an event venue.

I am pretty sure they work at our house Wed-Friday, maybe not even Wednesday.

I am a born and raised San Franciscan, and currently own and operate an event company primarily for corporate events and weddings that I started after graduating from college at UC Santa Cruz.

First, check to see what it says about the venue of the lawsuit.

A CRT can be a good estate planning tool if your wedded to certain charities. 

I Love FFREIA and would never think of competing with their Thursday night meetings:) I do see a need for a venue where us "outlying" investors can network.  

If we have a draw inspection from the lender on a monday, the money is wired to me on tues, then back to the contractor on wed, so it should hit the contractors account by thurs.There's no way with that type of turn around there's no way guys should be walking off the job. 

Also- make sure you and her are on the same page in terms of what's reasonable for a wedding....you might end up with that 10k paying for a venue and food.

Save some money on commuting and stay with the area I know and possibly in the future look towards different venues.
