We're starting to get overwhelmed with the number of opportunities we're generating and wanted to know how most of you track your properties to be able to refer to when needed and have links to images etc.

I looked at the floodplane images and it seems that Sac north of the river has mandatory insurance and most of the rest is optional but I'm not getting any specifics on rates.
